Girard-Perregaux now belongs to the PPR Group

The PPR group with brands like Yves Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta, Gucci or Puma, strengthens the commitment to the Sowind SA (brands are Girard-Perregaux and JeanRichard) and its presence in the Haute Horlogerie. New Chairman of the Sowind Group will be the PPR group CEO
Francois-Henri Pinault. Both Pinault and the owner family Macaluso see especially the new global outlook and sales-related growth opportunities as the main reason for the increase in the shares of PPR to 50.1 percent now.
