Who can offer watches and accessories for sale on watchSea24?
This service is reserved for professional dealers in the watch trade who have demonstrated their status as dealers in advance. Private sellers are not able to advertise on watchSea24.
Can I really advertise watches and accessories free of charge?
Yes! For dealers membership of watchSea24 is free of charge for an unlimited period. watchSea24 does not charge any arrangement fees or sales fees either.
Why is this site free of charge to me as a dealer?
As a member of watchSea24 you will automatically also receive free access to watchPool24, the worldwide dealer network for dealers in the watch trade. We are convinced that you will quickly realise and take advantage of the benefits of this network, and we therefore offer the use of watchSea24 free of charge - regardless of whether you decide in favour of watchPool24 or not later.
How do I register?
Simply click on "Register now" and follow the registration process. In the "Membership" section you then select the free watchSea24 membership. "Register free of charge now" and follow the registration process. In the "Membership" section you then select the free watchSea24 membership.
Why does the registration process transfer me to www.watchpool24.com?
Because there you will find the technical requirements which enable you to insert your article on watchSea24. There you can conveniently administer your goods with only a single tool - even if now or at a later stage you decide in favour of membership of watchPool24.
How can I insert my articles on watchSea24?
After successful registration you will receive access to watchPool24, the worldwide network for dealers in the watch trade. Under the "Sell" section on the menu you will find an entry form with which you can offer your articles on watchSea24. More detailed information about inserting articles is available there in the "Help" section or in the entry form itself.
For larger volumes of goods watchSea24 offers an automated data import (CSV file) function. We collect all the required data from your server and update this when and as often as you wish. If you have any questions about this data transfer you can contact our Support team at any time..
How many articles can I offer on watchSea24?
As many as you wish. There is no limit on quantities at watchSea24.

How does the automated data transfer work?
With one click all the relevant data and photos for your articles are downloaded from your server and displayed on watchSea24. In this way you can put all your articles online with only a single click. You will find more precise information about this process in the insertion form after your registration.
Do my articles also appear on the welcome page of watchSea24?
The welcome page shows, on the random selection principle, all the articles of those watchSea24 members who have also decided in favour of Basic or Premium membership of watchPool24. No separate fee is of course charged for this service.
How is my dealership status checked?
As proof of your activity as a dealer in the watch trade a copy / a scan of your business registration or extract from the commercial register is, together with your ID document, sent to an external legal team. The legal team checks the validity of the documents and then approves your account. You will receive further details during the registration process.
The watchSea24 principle is based on a community of trustworthy dealers who offer legitimate goods on the portal. We therefore reserve the right to reject or cancel the watchSea24 membership of any dealer whose professional status or honesty is subject to doubt.
What happens with my data after the check has been made?
Your data is required in order to ensure the service quality of watchSea24. All documentation which is sent by you to our external legal advisors will remain with them in secure storage. Staff at watchSea24 have no access to this documentation at any time. Your data will not be sold or transferred to a third party for any other commercial purpose.
What data will be published about me on watchSea24?
Apart from details of your articles your company name, your address and your telephone number will be displayed for contact purposes. In order to avoid spam emails your email address will not be displayed.
How can a prospective purchaser contact me?
Either by phone on the number you indicate, or in writing using the contact form. This form sends the purchaser's message to your address by email, without showing the purchaser your email address in the process.
