Here is a very rare vintage Patek Philippe wristwatch. The reference 560 features a square case with horn lugs. This watch is solid 18k rose gold with a black dial. This rose gold and black dial combination is just gorgeous. Original solid 18k gold square case is asymmetrical, with wide vertical surfaces in the top of the watch and narrow lateral surfaces. The case has two part construction, and the top of the watch is curved from top toward the bottom (with the bottom part being the flat, square case back. Finish is mirror polished throughout. Crystal is plastic and is shaped in a rectangle. Case back has some marks from having the watch put down on it over the years. Apart from that, the case is in mint condition. Dimensions are 37mm long by 26mm wide by 7.8mm thick. Movement is the manual winding Patek Philippe Caliber 8-85 with 18 jewels. Movement is winding smoothly and keeping time.
